Because nothing says “voluntary withdrawal” like identical wording across all documents.
Picture this: I ask our dear Board for the withdrawal notices related to the owner-requisitioned meeting – you know, the one they were so desperate to squash. Pretty standard request. Just basic transparency in a democratic process.
And what do they give me?
🗃️ A stack of papers so aggressively redacted, they’d make the CIA jealous.
Just thick, black ink like a kindergarten art project titled “Fear of Accountability.”

Then, with a straight face (one assumes – it’s hard to tell under the layers of denial and hairspray), they claim owners withdrew.
Withdrawn from what? Democracy? Transparency? Reality?
Let’s not forget – this is the same Board that has:
- 🧾 Filed false statements in court;
- 📢 Misled the community in their newsletters;
- 🧑⚖️ Twisted the truth like balloon animals in affidavits;
- 👻 Failed to disclose legal proceedings to owners (even when the law required it).
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any shadier – every single so-called “withdrawal” was phrased identically. Word for word. As if the same ghostwriter moonlighting as a board apologist drafted them all in one caffeine-fueled sitting. Because that’s how genuine, personal decisions usually work, right?
A spontaneous, heartfelt copy-paste job. We weren’t given names. We weren’t given dates. And now we’re expected to believe that a group of owners, in perfect syntactic harmony, all independently decided to backtrack using the exact same sentence structure? The only thing more identical than the wording is the board’s track record of redacting the truth.
Sorry, but when you’ve already been caught lying to judges and gaslighting your own residents, you don’t get the benefit of the doubt. You get the benefit of an inquiry – and a community that is watching.
The truth is, in a building where fear and control are the Board’s chosen paint colours, the only thing that’s truly withdrawn is trust.
And if these notices really did exist?
If real people actually withdrew their support?
Then let the community see.
Because redacted nonsense isn’t proof. It’s performance.
And frankly, the act is getting old.
