Because When They Gaslight You, You Might As Well Win Something
Are you tired of reading the same memo over and over, only to realize it says absolutely nothing?
Welcome to the magical world of condo governance, where facts are optional, minutes are missing, and legal advice is a universal excuse for incompetence.
So we thought… why not make it fun?
Introducing BOARD BINGO – the game where every excuse, every dodge, every vague non-answer earns you a square. And if you’re really lucky?
🎁 Free Therapy Session in the middle.

🔍 HOW TO PLAY
Print the card. Read the memo. Wait for the excuses to roll in.
Each time the Board drops one of their signature lines, mark a square.
Heard this one before?
“We acted in good faith.”
🟩 That’s a square.
“We strongly disagree with the ruling.”
🟩 Another square.“We’re just volunteers.”
🟩 BINGO. Pour a drink.
🧾 SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE SQUARES INCLUDE:
- “Legal advice prevents us from commenting.”
- “This was in the best interest of the corporation.”
- “We rely on the advise of specialists”
- “This matter is now closed.” (a classic – closure without resolution!)
- “There is no evidence of wrongdoing.” (except the court ruling, the appeal loss, and the invoice)
And of course, at the very center:
🎁 FREE THERAPY SESSION
For when the gaslighting hits critical mass.
🧠 WHY BOTHER?
Because if they’re going to insult your intelligence, you might as well score points.
Because satire is cheaper than suing them.
Because you shouldn’t have to read ten paragraphs of legalese to be told nothing.
And mostly:
Because “we acted appropriately” sounds a lot more entertaining when it’s your fifth square in a row.

Stick it on your fridge. Bring it to the AGM. Slide it under the door of anyone who still thinks the Board is “trying their best.”
💬 COMING SOON TO CONDO TRIBUNE:
- “The Independent Investigation Drinking Game”
(Take a sip for every witness they forgot to interview) - “Redaction Roulette”
(Guess which paragraph got blacked out because it was accurate) - “Suemore Billmore: Season 3”
(He’s back. He’s billing. And this time, he’s appealing his own shadow.)
Because when governance becomes performance art, residents become the audience.
And Board Bingo is the show where everyone knows the ending… except the Board.
