We’ve spent years in conflict. Hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted. Months of stress. Sleepless nights. A community divided.

And yet, the truth is simple:

This could be over. Tomorrow.

All it takes is a fair, reasonable settlement. But here’s the problem:


🚧 Why We’re Still Here

There’s too much bad blood.

  • The current board has never accepted responsibility for their egregious conduct.
  • They’ve never acknowledged the harassment.
  • They’ve never owned the discrimination.

Instead of accountability, we’ve seen denial. Instead of leadership, we’ve seen retaliation.

And when you refuse to face the facts, you cannot resolve the conflict. That’s why we’re still here.


šŸ—³ļø Why a New Board Is the Only Solution

A meaningful settlement will never happen under this board.

  • They are too invested in defending their past mistakes.
  • They are too biased to be objective.
  • They are too stained by years of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination.

We need fresh eyes.
We need an objective board – one not tied to these failures, one not poisoned by years of hostility.

Only then can we:

  • Negotiate honestly
  • End the litigation
  • Start healing this community

Electing a new board changes everything.

  • A new board can walk into negotiations without baggage.
  • A new board can put the owners first, not personal grudges.
  • A new board can resolve this dispute quickly, fairly, and finally.

This fight doesn’t have to drag on.
This isn’t about pride anymore.
This is about doing the right thing for the community.

We can end this tomorrow – but only if we elect people willing to face reality and move forward.
