🚪 Silent Hostility Won’t Change the Facts

To those in the community who respond with passive hostility in hallways and elevators:
No, you don’t intimidate me.
No, you will not make me leave.
And no, silent judgment does nothing to change reality.

Here’s the Reality

I didn’t create this situation.
Your apathy did.
Your silence did.
Your willingness to look away while the board spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of our collective funds on unnecessary litigation is exactly how we got here.

This isn’t about dogs.
This isn’t about personal conflicts.
This is about rights, law, and accountability.

Why You Should Care

  • Those special assessments?
    You are paying for them.
  • That drained reserve fund?
You are paying for that too.
  • That tarnished reputation of our building?
We all live with the consequences.

Unspoken judgment won’t fix mismanagement. But collective action can.

A Simple Truth

I am not leaving.
I am not silencing myself.
And until enough owners demand transparency and real governance, this cycle will continue.

Change doesn’t come from whispers, stares, or hallway gossip.
Change comes when owners act.
