🌀 The Definition of Madness

“Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
– Attributed to Albert Einstein

How Many Times Will We Repeat the Same Mistakes?

For years, our community has watched the same board make bad decisions after bad decisions, yet somehow, many of you still expect different results. That’s not optimism. That’s madness.

  • They spent over $300,000 on lawsuits – TO EVICT A DOG THAT RARELY BARKS.
  • They don’t consult you on decisions the law requires them to consult the owners.
  • They’ve been ruled oppressive and unreasonable by tribunals and courts.

And yet… many owners still shrug and re-elect the same people. Why?

If Nothing Changes, Nothing Changes

We cannot keep handing over control of our money, our homes, and our future to the same group and expect a different outcome.

It’s time to face the truth:

  • This isn’t bad luck.
  • This isn’t “how condos work.”
  • This is mismanagement – and we, the owners, are paying the price.

Your Voice, Your Vote, Your Future

We finally have a chance to change direction – but it starts with you.

  • Run for the board if you have professional skills and common sense.
  • Vote for candidates who value transparency, accountability, and competence.
  • Reject those who hide information, waste money, and drag us into endless litigation.

Remember:

The board works for us, not the other way around.

Call to Action

This upcoming meeting is our chance to break the cycle.

📌 Run. Vote. Change the board.
Because doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?
That’s madness.
