Condo life surges in Waterloo but conflicts can be sour
Well, what can we say? Blenvale (WNCC 37) has once more graced the pages of The Record. Not because of shining transparency, visionary leadership, or award-winning governance – but because of the exact opposite.
Bad publicity? Absolutely. But let’s be clear: bad publicity for the board, not for those of us who dared to speak out. The fact that this community’s dysfunction makes headlines should tell you something: these aren’t “personal disputes.” They’re systemic problems that affect every owner’s wallet and every resident’s daily life.
👉 If it weren’t serious, it wouldn’t be news.
👉 If it weren’t true, it wouldn’t be published.
So, while the board scrambles to spin this as “just noise,” we’ll keep doing what we’ve always done: shining light where they’d rather keep shadows.
This is not about one person. This is about governance. About money. About accountability. And if The Record has to keep exposing it, that’s not embarrassing for me – it’s embarrassing for them.
Stay tuned. Because as long as the board’s misconduct keeps making headlines, we’ll keep making sure the truth is impossible to ignore.
