Someone asked me last night, “How can we stop this?”
The answer is simple: we can’t – not as long as this board, Sanderson, and SV Law remain in power.
There is no negotiation, no healing, no “moving forward” while the same people who caused the harm still hold the keys.
🧱 The Wall of Denial
Let’s be clear: I will not sit at any table with these parties.
They have done tremendous damage – to my health, my safety, my finances, and my reputation.
This is not a difference of opinion.
This is a pattern of abuse disguised as governance.
When people weaponize rules, twist the law, and spend your money to destroy anyone who questions them – that’s not “management.”
That’s a cover-up operation with a bank account attached.
đź’¸ The Machinery That Keeps Them There
They thrive on owner fatigue and fear.
They bank on you shrugging and saying, “What’s the point?”
Meanwhile:
- The lawyers invoice in a month more than most owners earn in a year.
- Sanderson executes orders from people who should be answering to you – not commanding your silence.
- The Board hides behind them like scared children behind expensive suits.
This isn’t governance. It’s a regime – paid for by you.
💥 What “Stopping This” Really Means
Stopping this doesn’t mean pleading for “transparency.”
It means cutting off the source of the dysfunction.
It means:
- Removing this board.
- Terminating Sanderson’s contract.
- Firing the lawyers and hiring counsel that serves the corporation -not its rulers.
Only then can we rebuild trust, restore order, and reclaim what was ours to begin with:
a home, not a battleground.
And make no mistake – once this is over, damages will have to be negotiated.
The harm done – personal, reputational, financial – is not something that can be swept under the rug or hidden behind another invoice.
🩶 Final Word
You cannot reason with people who profit from chaos.
You can only replace them.
That’s the first – and only – step toward peace and accountability.
