🔥 The Scrooges of Blenvale

By

A cautionary tale for modern misers

🎩 Once upon a condo…
There lived a board so stingy with decency it made Scrooge look like Mother Teresa.
They counted pennies for compassion and dollars for lawyers.
When someone asked for help, they saw “risk.”
When someone suffered, they saw “nuisance.”

💰 “Are there no tribunals? Are there no appeals?”
They sneered, channeling their inner Scrooge.
“If she’s struggling, let her go there!”
Because to them, empathy is not a duty – it’s a liability.
And what better way to sleep at night than to outsource conscience to bureaucracy?

🧊 The Frozen Heart of Blenvale
In Blenvale, kindness has an approval process.
It must first be vetted by lawyers, debated in closed meetings,
and, if granted, it’s treated as a “precedent to avoid.”
They forgot that running a condo is about community, not control.

👻 But beware, dear Scrooges…
The ghosts of Tribunals Past, Present, and Yet to Come
are already knocking on your door
– holding invoices.
Because every act of cruelty comes back with compound interest.
