A scientific study in moral gymnastics
Once upon a condo, there was logic. Then came Blenvale.
And like all great civilizations, it began its decline the moment it opened its mouth.
Let us observe, through the cold lens of reason (and mild despair), the evolutionary downfall of a communityâs conscience – in three tragicomic acts.
đ„ Phase 1: âShe Lied.â
Ah, the opening act – ignorance with confidence.
The favourite refuge of the morally unburdened and the intellectually anaemic.
âShe didnât prove her disability,â they said, as if empathy required notarized paperwork.
Because nothing steadies a trembling ego like accusing the suffering of deceit.
Tea was poured. Sympathy withheld. The kettle whistled louder than their conscience.
đ„ Phase 2: âOkay, Maybe She Didnât Lie, ButâŠâ
The moderate guilt stage – where the mob begins to suspect it might have overstepped, but finds comfort in semantics.
âWell, she didnât lie,â they concede, âbut we canât just appease her.â
Translation: We bulldozed her dignity, her health, but restoring it might set a troublesome example.
In Blenvale, decency is treated as a limited resource – rationed only to those who never need it.

đ„ Phase 3: âSheâs a Thief!â
At last, the final mutation: from confusion to contempt, from denial to defamation.
âShe wants our money,â they cry, clutching their purses like saints at a sermon.
No mention that the âour moneyâ funded the very misconduct that broke her health, reputation, and peace.
But donât worry – fiscal morality is safe at Blenvale.
They may squander hundreds of thousands on cruelty, but theyâll defend every penny from accountability.
â°ïž Final Stage: The Self-Destructing Conscience
And so it ends – not with justice, but with the satisfying thud of hypocrisy.
In their rush to label, theyâve branded themselves.
Because when you march from denial to deflection to defamation, youâre not saving your community – youâre conducting its autopsy.
Still, chin up. The teaâs still warm, and the denial – bottomless. â
