🧩 The $300,000 Riddle

By

A brain teaser for those who still believe every board email

The board says their new bylaw is “perfectly legal.”
I say it’s perfectly not.

Now, let’s play a little game of logic:

🧠 Clue #1:

Who told you the board could win at CAT?
→ The lawyers.
Who lost?
→ The board.

đź’¸ Clue #2:

Who told you the appeal would “definitely succeed”?
→ The same lawyers.
Who paid the price?
→ You did. (Roughly $300,000 worth of “trust.”)

⚖️ Clue #3:

Who’s now saying the bylaw is legal – even though it clearly contradicts the Condominium Act?
→ Guess who?
→ The same lawyers who already lost twice arguing against it.

So tell me, dear reader:

If someone swore the Titanic was unsinkable, and then tried to sell you another ticket for the sequel,
would you climb aboard?

đź’ˇ Moral of the Riddle:
When the people who lost $300,000 of your money tell you “trust us again,” the joke isn’t on them.
It’s on whoever believes them a third time.

🧾 And here’s the twist:
I told them they would lose.
Every.
Single.
Time.
And they did.
