⚖️ FACTS: Bullying Doesn’t End with Childhood

🚫 Not Just Playground Behavior

People love to pretend that bullying is a childhood issue – something left behind after recess.
That’s a lie.
Adults bully too – they just use emails, policies, meetings, and silence instead of fists.

The schoolyard bully grows up, learns Robert’s Rules of Order, and joins a board.
The tactics stay the same: isolate, intimidate, humiliate, and control.

🧩 How It Looks in a Community

Adult bullying hides behind polite phrases and fake professionalism:

  • “We’re just enforcing rules.”
  • “She’s difficult to work with.”
  • “We’re maintaining harmony.”

In reality, it’s targeted humiliation, systematic exclusion, and public defamation.
The emotional damage is just as severe – often worse, because it’s institutionalized and gaslit through bureaucracy.

💥 What Happened to Me

I was bullied – not in a school hallway, but through board meetings, letters, and decisions made behind closed doors.
They used power instead of punches, policies instead of playground taunts.
They wrote false complaints, circulated defamatory letters, and tried to erase me through procedure.

That’s not “conflict.”
That’s adult bullying, organized through a corporation that forgot its moral compass.

⚖️ The Takeaway

Bullying doesn’t vanish when people turn 18 – it just gets more expensive, more strategic, and more publicly defended.
And when adults tolerate it in silence, they become accessories to cruelty.

🚨 Call to Action

It’s time to stop calling oppression “policy,”
and start calling it what it is – adult bullying.

Wake up.
Speak up.
Because the cost of silence is your own integrity.

🕯️ Blenvale – wake up.
