🧾 An Open Letter to the Current Board

⚖️ Please Have the Decency to Step Down

🏚️ The State of Our Corporation

Let’s stop pretending. The corporation is in disarray – financially, operationally, and ethically.

  • Fees have skyrocketed.
  • Transparency has collapsed.
  • Legal costs have ballooned.
  • Community trust has eroded.

You were elected to protect owners’ interests, not dismantle them.

📉 Failed Leadership, Broken Trust

You have turned governance into a personal crusade instead of a professional duty.
Leadership isn’t about titles – it’s about competence, accountability, and results.
Owners expected stewardship. What they got instead was chaos and concealment.

⚠️ Why You Must Step Down

Let’s be clear. This is not a personal attack; it’s a statement of fact.

  • ❌ You lack the skills to manage a multi-million-dollar corporation.
  • đź’¸ Your decisions devalued our property and burdened owners with unnecessary costs.
  • đźš« You retaliate against dissent, treating legitimate questions as threats.
  • 🧱 You’ve built a wall of secrecy instead of a culture of transparency.

If you still believe this community is better under your management, the evidence says otherwise.

🧭 Accountability Requires Courage

Leadership means knowing when to step aside.
Have the decency to resign, explain your actions, and let qualified professionals restore order and credibility.

This community deserves competence, not control.
Respectfully, the time has come for you to go.

🗳️ For Owners:

At the upcoming AGM, remember – you hold the power to end this cycle.
Vote for skill, integrity, and professionalism.
Not friendships. Not fear. Not the same mistakes repeated again.
