🤦‍♀️ Shame on This Community – Again.

Let’s be brutally honest:
Only at Blenvale University of Eternal Naïveté do people fall for the same trick twice, three times, five times, and still clap like trained seals when the same “advisors,” “lawyers,” and self-appointed condo prophets show up and say:

“Trust us. This by-law is in the corporation’s best interest.”

Translation: “We have absolutely no clue what we’re doing, but we’d really like you to rubber-stamp our next disaster.”

And shockingly – shockingly! – the community swallows it whole. No questions, no thinking, just blind faith in people who have steered you into every ditch available.

🤡 THE GREAT BLENVALE CYCLE OF SELF-DESTRUCTION

1. Advisor/Lawyer/Random Nobody:
   “Believe us, this is safe.”
2. Community:
   “Okay!” 😁
3. Reality:
   Another lawsuit. More fees. More chaos.
4. Me:
   “I already warned you — repeatedly — that you would lose in court and pay damages.”
5. Community:
   “…Let’s do it again!” 🤡🎉

⚖️ THIS BY-LAW IS A LIABILITY, NOT A SHIELD

Let’s spell it out, since subtlety died around here years ago:

• A by-law designed to punish owners for exercising legal rights = retaliation
• Retaliation = oppression
• Oppression = lawsuits
• Lawsuits = YOU PAY. AGAIN.

It doesn’t reduce risk.
It manufactures risk.
It invites litigation.
It guarantees expensive outcomes.

This is not risk management.
This is financial masochism.

🔁 BUT YOU KEEP BELIEVING THEM

The same people who were dead wrong before.
The same people who gave you the comforting bedtime stories that cost you:

• hundreds of thousands in legal bills,
• destroyed relationships,
• a trash reputation in the condo world,
• and an asset that is now a punchline.

And now they tell you:

“This new by-law will protect us.”

And the community – ever trusting, ever gullible- nods along while the gun is loaded, aimed, and handed back to them.

I told you that the corporation would lose in court.
You lost – badly.
You are paying damages.
You will continue paying damages.

This new by-law?
It’s not a safety measure.
It’s jet fuel poured onto a dumpster fire.

You’re not reducing legal risk.
You’re funding the next lawsuit for free.
