Blazer: The Miniature Ceaușescu Nobody Asked For
A Condo-Scale Dictatorship of Delusion
🧠 THE GREAT LEADER OF THE LOBBY
Ceaușescu had the Palace of the People.
Blazer has… the lobby bulletin board.
And yet the tone is eerily familiar.
The same heroic posture.
The same “I alone can save you” energy.
The same ability to congratulate himself while standing in front of the ruins.

📈 THE ECONOMY IS CONSPIRING AGAINST ME
Blazer’s speech reads like propaganda from the 1980s:
“Tariffs! Inflation! Global uncertainty! Ghost expenses!”
Yes, of course.
Everything except the board’s actual decisions.
How convenient.
Ceaușescu blamed the West.
Blazer blames inflation “many times consumer inflation.”
A mathematical feat not seen since state-approved statistics in the Eastern Bloc.
🔥 THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT = A GLORIOUS VICTORY
Ceaușescu would cut ribbons on buildings already collapsing.
Blazer takes a special assessment — a symptom of failure —
and frames it as a heroic success.
“We alleviated a temporary cash flow problem.”
He makes it sound like stopping a flood.
In reality, he forgot to turn off the tap.
👁️ DEMOCRACY = THE REAL PROBLEM
Ceaușescu hated criticism.
Blazer finds “Requisition Meetings” wasteful.
Shocking.
Tyrants are always irritated when the peasants want input.
💸 “WE PAY THE SAME FEES” – THE PEOPLE’S CHAMPION
Dictators love saying they “suffer with the people.”
Ceaușescu would visit factories and announce,
“I live just like you.”
While standing next to ten security guards.
Blazer:
“We board members pay the same fees!”
Yes.
You contribute the same amount to the fund
that you immediately siphon into lawyers, consultants, and babysitters for your own incompetence.
A true man of the people.
🌪️ THE UNFORESEEN EXPENSES THAT ARE ALWAYS FORESEEN
Ceaușescu insisted everything was an unforeseeable attack on the state.
Blazer insists:
- inflation
- contractors
- democracy
- the weather
- the universe
- God’s will
- Saturn in retrograde
- and an angry flock of pigeons
are all working against him.
Conveniently, nothing is ever caused by the board.
🛡️ STABILITY – ALWAYS STABILITY
When a dictator is in trouble, he always calls for “stability.”
Ceaușescu:
“The nation needs stability.”
Blazer:
“Bluevale needs the stability of those who led it through the last two years.”
Translation:
Please ignore the last two years. Keep me. I like it here.
🏚️ THE PEOPLE’S PALACE OF OVERDRAFT
Ceaușescu had megalomaniac mega-projects.
Blazer has:
- the Depleted Reserve Fund
- the Overdraft
- the Legal Money Bonfire
- By-Law 14 (the “Thou Shall Not Criticize Me” amendment)
It’s like Ceaușescu’s regime…
if the entire country was run from a malfunctioning elevator.
🎤 FINAL ADDRESS TO THE NATION (OF BLENVALE)
Ladies and gentlemen,
Blazer’s pitch is a masterpiece of delusion,
a perfect miniature of the authoritarian style:
Cause the problem.
Deny responsibility.
Invent enemies.
Declare yourself saviour.
Ask for another term.
It is Ceaușescu in condo form:
same logic, smaller budget, worse haircut.
