🧠 Humans Are Lazy. They Want Rewards. They Want Power.

By

Let’s drop the politeness.

Most people don’t want to think.
They want credit.

They don’t want responsibility.
They want authority.

They don’t want to earn respect.
They want titles, process, and someone else to blame.

This is how mediocrity becomes institutionalized.

🏛️ Power Without Competence Is the Default Setting

Give an average human a badge, a role, or a committee seat and watch what happens:

  • 📎 Procedure replaces judgment
  • 🪜 Hierarchy replaces intelligence
  • 📢 Volume replaces substance
  • 🛡️ Process becomes a shield against accountability

This isn’t an accident.
It’s a feature of human systems.

🤖 Why AI Terrifies People in Power

AI doesn’t have:

  • an ego to protect
  • a reputation to manage
  • a ladder to climb
  • a fragile sense of self

AI doesn’t say:

  • “Don’t question me”
  • “You’re being difficult”
  • “This is above your pay grade”

AI says:
Your input is flawed. Your outcome is invalid.

That’s it. No drama.

⚙️ Impeccable Logic, Zero Pretending

AI doesn’t care if you’re offended.
It doesn’t care if you “meant well.”
It doesn’t care how long you’ve held the role.

  • ❌ Wrong data → wrong result
  • ❌ Bad assumptions → bad decisions

Clean. Brutal. Honest.

⚠️ Let’s Not Pretend AI Is Moral

AI doesn’t care about justice.
It cares about optimization.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth:

Humans already optimized cruelty, exclusion, and incompetence – they just hid it behind emails, policies, and “best practices.”

At least AI doesn’t lie about what it’s doing.

🪑 Who Should Be Replaced?

If your role consists of:

  • 🗂️ rubber-stamping decisions you don’t understand
  • 🙈 hiding behind rules to avoid responsibility
  • 🔇 silencing people who disrupt your comfort
  • 🧠 outsourcing thinking while keeping the authority

Then yes.
You are not indispensable. You are a bottleneck.

🔥 The Real Threat Isn’t AI

The real threat is lazy humans with power
and no incentive to improve.

So no – I won’t panic about AI replacing humans.

I’ll worry when we don’t replace the ones who made themselves obsolete.

Logic doesn’t need charisma.
Truth doesn’t need permission.
And power without competence deserves extinction.
