šŸ¢ The ā€œpRESIDENTā€ Era: A Study in… Leadership?

By

We hear – purely as neighborhood folklore, of course – that our building’s pRESIDENT loves to impersonate Donald Trump.

Now, normally we would not care.

But the similarities are… difficult to overlook.

šŸŽ Confidence Without Restraint

An unwavering belief in their own brilliance – unsupported by evidence but delivered with absolute certainty.

Not just confidence.

Unshakeable, reality-resistant confidence.

šŸ” Flexible Relationship With Truth

Statements are made.
Then unmade.
Then remade – slightly adjusted, depending on the audience.

Consistency is optional.
Conviction is not.

šŸŽ¤ Speak First, Think… Eventually

Decisions announced before they’re understood.
Positions taken before facts are gathered.

And when it unravels?

Well – that was clearly someone else’s fault.

šŸŖž The Mirror Problem

Criticism is not feedback.
It is betrayal.
Questions are not questions.
They are attacks.

And accountability?

A foreign concept.

🧠 The Real Issue

This isn’t about politics.
This is about governance by ego instead of judgment.

Because in a condominium, unlike on a stage:

šŸ‘‰ decisions have consequences
šŸ‘‰ incompetence costs people money
šŸ‘‰ and arrogance spreads damage quietly, but efficiently

šŸŽÆ Final Thought

If this is imitation, it’s not the flattering kind.

Because copying the style without understanding the stakes
doesn’t make someone powerful – It just makes them dangerously unserious in a role that requires the opposite.
