🚪 The Devil You Know (Has Left the Building)

By

She’s gone.
Just like that.

Sanderson’s property admin has exited the stage – and we’re left with… mixed feelings.

😌 Relief (Let’s Not Pretend Otherwise)

Let’s not rewrite history.

There was no respect. No trust. No confidence.

This is the same person who:

  • casually suggested we installed a washer in our unit (based on… imagination)
  • took photos of me and my dog like we were part of some investigation

So no – this isn’t a goodbye with flowers.

🤨 And Yet… Here Comes the Uneasy Part

Because as frustrating as she was…we knew her.

We knew the pattern:

  • deflect
  • deny
  • invent when needed

And in condo life, that predictability – however bad – is still… predictable.

⚖️ Better the Devil You Know

Now we get someone new.

Fresh face. Clean slate. New promises.

Or… new problems.

Because turnover in condo management doesn’t automatically mean improvement.
Sometimes it just means a different flavour of the same dysfunction.

👀 We’re Watching

So yes – we’re glad she’s gone.

But we’re not celebrating just yet.

Because the real issue was never just one person.
It’s the culture that allows this behaviour in the first place.

🧩 New Admin, Same System?

That’s the real question.

We’ll be watching closely.
