Sheās gone.
Just like that.
Sandersonās property admin has exited the stage – and weāre left with⦠mixed feelings.
š Relief (Letās Not Pretend Otherwise)
Letās not rewrite history.
There was no respect. No trust. No confidence.
This is the same person who:
- casually suggested we installed a washer in our unit (based on⦠imagination)
- took photos of me and my dog like we were part of some investigation
So no – this isnāt a goodbye with flowers.

𤨠And Yet⦠Here Comes the Uneasy Part
Because as frustrating as she wasā¦we knew her.
We knew the pattern:
- deflect
- deny
- invent when needed
And in condo life, that predictability – however bad – is still⦠predictable.
āļø Better the Devil You Know
Now we get someone new.
Fresh face. Clean slate. New promises.
Or⦠new problems.
Because turnover in condo management doesnāt automatically mean improvement.
Sometimes it just means a different flavour of the same dysfunction.
š Weāre Watching
So yes – weāre glad sheās gone.
But weāre not celebrating just yet.
Because the real issue was never just one person.
Itās the culture that allows this behaviour in the first place.
š§© New Admin, Same System?
Thatās the real question.
Weāll be watching closely.
