šŸ¢ ā€œFunded Cowardiceā€

There is a particular kind of cowardice that deserves to be named.

Not the loud kind.
Not the obvious kind.

The quiet, well-funded kind.

The kind that hides behind:

  • ā€œprocessā€
  • ā€œdecisionsā€
  • ā€œthe board has determinedā€¦ā€

While using other people’s money to target one person who simply wanted to live in peace.

šŸ’° Not Your Money. Not Your Courage.

Let’s be clear about something:

There is nothing brave about:

  • hiring lawyers with communal funds
  • sending letters you didn’t personally pay for
  • escalating conflict at zero personal cost

That’s not leadership.

That’s outsourced aggression.

šŸŽ The Performance of Authority

You dress it up as governance.
You call it duty.
You hide behind titles.

But strip it all down, and what remains?

šŸ‘‰ A group of individuals who would never act this way if it were coming out of their own pocket and attached to their own name.

šŸ‘„ And Then There’s the Silence

To the community:

You saw it.
You knew it was wrong.
And you said nothing.

No intervention.
No accountability.
No spine.

Not because you agreed.

Because it was easier.

āš–ļø Complicity Is Comfortable

Let’s stop pretending neutrality exists here.

When:

  • one person is targeted
  • resources are weaponized
  • fairness is abandoned

šŸ‘‰ Silence is not neutrality.

It is permission.

🧠 The Truth You Don’t Want to Hear

Communities don’t fall apart because of a few bad actors.

They fall apart because:

  • good people stay quiet
  • capable people stay comfortable
  • and everyone convinces themselves it’s ā€œnot their problemā€

Until it is.

šŸŖž A Mirror, Not a Message

This is not just about what was done.

It’s about what was tolerated.

And one day, whether you like it or not,
you will have to ask yourselves:

šŸ‘‰ Was it worth it?
šŸ‘‰ Was silence really the safer choice?

Because from the outside looking in—

This wasn’t governance.
This was cowardice, funded and enabled.
