We’ve been told – through the building’s ever-efficient informal communication network — that some residents are discussing a potential class action against the board and management.
How… ambitious.
For clarity:
We are not involved.
Not organizing it.
Not advising on it.
Not participating in it.
We are quite occupied dealing with our own situation, which already seems to require more time, documentation, and patience than one would reasonably expect from simply living in one’s home.
That said, it is mildly fascinating that the phrase “class action” is now circulating in a residential building.
That does not tend to emerge in well-functioning environments.
In any case, we wish everyone the best of luck with whatever collective enthusiasm is currently taking shape.
We will continue, quietly and independently, on our own path.
