📢 A New Chapter in the Condo Circus

Anne Beauchesne is gone. Laid off.

Christina Brown is back – only briefly, thank goodness – while Sanderson itself exits the stage after the contract was not renewed.

It has been quite the season finale.

⚖️ “I Never Celebrate Someone Losing Their Job…”

And generally, I don’t.

Most people are trying to survive, pay bills, and live with some dignity.

But there are exceptions.

And when someone’s actions, dishonesty, and endless escalation cause years of stress, conflict, pain and damage to other people’s lives, relief becomes a very human response.

So this time, yes:
I feel relieved.

Not joyful.
Not triumphant.

Relieved.

🧾 The Cost of “Professionalism”

Behind the corporate language were real consequences:

  • My family under constant stress
  • Endless conflict
  • Escalation instead of resolution
  • Lies
  • Residents treated like nuisances instead of human beings

And my family paid the price for it.

That matters.

🚪 The Revolving Door Spins Again

Property managers leave.

Boards collapse into chaos.

Contracts quietly disappear.

Lawyers bill more hours.

And somehow residents who spoke up were always framed as “the problem.”

Interesting how often the “difficult resident” turns out to outlast everyone else.

🕯️ So What Do I Feel Today?

Relief.

Relief for myself.

Relief for my family.

And relief for the next person who will never have to experience what we did.

Because sometimes accountability does not arrive with apologies.

Sometimes it arrives with cardboard boxes and HR meetings.
